A full hair Audit is required at the time of this service so that everyone knows what to expect.  Coloring the hair back to its natural color with or without the use of a filler to provide an even base for the desired color results.  It may be necessary to remove artificial pigment from the hair if the client wants to:

1.  Return to a lighter shade

2.  Incorrect formulas were used resulting in an unwanted hair color

3.  The hair has become dark and dull from repeated hair color applications

In some instances it may require a second application to achieve desired results
